Payment for coaching services is due as specified at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
Refunds for coaching programmes are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose any information about you or your coaching without your express written consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strategic Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
