For virtual sessions, we use secure video conferencing. You will receive a link and instructions 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Coaching works best for people who are ready to take action but need clarity, strategy, or accountability. If you are seeking diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions, therapy may be more appropriate. We are happy to discuss this during an initial conversation.

Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Singapore office and virtual sessions via secure video conferencing. Many clients alternate between both formats based on their schedule and preferences.
We request 48 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens—just communicate with us and we will find a solution.
